Minister of State for Public Procurement, Digitalisation and eGovernment, Frank Feighan TD, launched ATLAS during the IVI Summit 2026 as we also celebrated IVI’s 20th anniversary.

ATLAS builds on 20+ years of research in the Capability Management Framework. Using AI to make knowledge access and decision-making faster and more accessible, ATLAS marks the next stage of organisational efficiency powered by IVI.

Announcing the launch of ATLAS, Minister Feighan said: “For twenty years, Maynooth University’s Innovation Value Institute has built an international reputation for research excellence and practical impact, helping organisations across enterprise, government and society navigate digital transformation. Today marks an important milestone as IVI launches the next phase of its journey and continues to strengthen Ireland’s position as a global leader in digital innovation.”
