Innovation Teams operate at the intersection of academia, industry and public sector using open innovation. Each Team comprises a community of like-minded organisations who learn from each other and contribute industry and academic expertise to identify gaps in current knowledge.

Building on the foundation of the Capability Maturity Framework, each Innovation Team centres on a key current challenge such as AI governance, process management or talent retention.
