This paper documents an interdisciplinary, cross-institutional collaboration with Limerick City and County Council related to the concept of Enterprise Architecture and its suitability for managing the complexity of heterogeneous systems and technologies in Smart Cities in digitalizing public services. This paper assess the applicability of TOGAF in a real-world Smart City following a case study method.
