Pedro Campilho is a Research Project Manager specializing in EU-funded projects on innovation, climate action and sustainable development. He has over a decade of experience leading multi-partner consortia and managing complex initiatives under Horizon Europe and World Bank frameworks. At IVI, he is the project manager for EnTrust and DIGI+ projects, focused on data governance and digital transformation. EnTrust aims to establish a new generation of data executives in agri-data management, while DIGI+ aims for a new generation of creative, entrepreneurial and innovative research leaders, able to face current and future challenges aligned with the EU’s Digital and Green Agenda.

Before his current role, Pedro coordinated EU projects at INOVA+ and SPI, fostering collaboration between research institutions, companies, and public bodies across Europe and Latin America. His work has included initiatives such as the Plan for Sustainable Tourism Development in Tocantins (Brazil), A-AAGORA (Horizon Europe) and AfriconEU (Horizon 2020), where he also led communication, stakeholder engagement and sustainability efforts. Pedro holds a master’s degree in economics from the University of Porto, has completed certifications in Project Management (PMP®), and is passionate about innovation for social impact and sustainable development.
