Edwina is Corporate Vice President for Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD), a global organisation at Microsoft dedicated to accelerating customer transformation through outcome-based solutions and operational excellence. ISD aims to help Microsoft’s customers thrive and transform in an AI-first world by delivering secure, scalable, and intelligent solutions across industries.

Before joining Microsoft in 2025, Edwina was Chief Customer Success Officer at EY. She has been a CIO, COO and CEO in financial services businesses, and holds board positions on industry innovation organisations, as well as acting as a Global Future Council Member and AI Governance Alliance Member with the World Economic Forum, and a Adjunct Associate Professor at Trinity College Dublin. She was formerly the GCSP for Xerox, a G360 account and the Global Consulting Markets and Business Development Leader.
