The objective of this project is to explore how small and medium retailers from various sub-sectors (grocery, specialised) are able to utilise technology to compete with large retail networks. SME’s have been struggling to compete with large retail formats and international brands, which are able to offer lower prices, pushing SME’s out of the market.
